About Myself
When we give ourselves the gift of empathetic and nurturing touch, we open the door to welcome in self love, self acceptance, and a sense of peace in our inner world.
Creating an environment where you feel safe to not only enjoy loving platonic touch, but to be completely yourself is of the utmost importance to me. So many of us are drifting through the world feeling so alone, the demands placed upon us to be a certain role (parent, spouse, boss, educator, grandparent, friend, provider, etc…) keep us from being able to express our innermost selves. When I hold space with you there are no expectations for you to be anything other than who you feel you are in that moment. You are welcome to be as vulnerable as you like, to share as openly as you like, and to relish in the wonderful feelings evoked by platonic intimacy. It is my goal for every session that you walk away feeling loved, accepted, and happier than when we started.
Cuddle sessions can lower depression, anxiety, and blood pressure. Touch lowers the stress hormone cortisol and releases oxytocin, the feel good hormone, into your bloodstream. The health benefits from this are endless. I encourage everyone to google all the wonderful things oxytocin can do for your body! We should all be cuddling for our health.
My personal goal in life is to do work that makes a difference in the lives of others. Healing and improving the experience of fellow human beings is my purpose on Earth. Please know that helping you find bliss is what brings me my bliss. I look forward to holding space with you should your heart desire it.
