All animals need to be touched to feel love. Skin to skin contact is so much more important than most realize. Without each other the world would be cold and depressing. Sometimes we lose our way when someone who has been close is no longer around...for whatever reason..and we get so caught up in the whirlwind of responsibilities and life's challenges that we actually forget what it's like to hold and be held and reminded that-despite all the negative feelings one may have- that everything will be alright. Tomorrow will come, the birds will sing, and that wholeness that makes you you, it will return. Just remember that you're only human and, sometimes in order to get back to your normal self, you have to take a deep breath, realize that you don't have to carry all that weight on your shoulders, and breathe out a sigh of relief....and guess what? I'll be right there waiting for you to realize it and smile and we can go from there...you'll be surprised at how much lighter you feel, I can promise you that!
