I’m a mom, daughter, friend, sister, nurse, doula, happiness & self care advocate, and a holistic health practitioner. I have a heart for people with physical limitations/disabilities. I want everyone to know and understand that they belong in any arena they wish to be in. Touch is a very important and it’s a factor that’s missing in so many people’s lives. That has to change! Platonic touch is necessary to balance emotions and mental state. I want to assist everyone in having their own “I’m ok” moments, no matter how many they may need. Be unapologetic in your need to cuddle!
I’m not afraid to express my needs to make sure that I’m ok. I want to provide that space and encouragement to others. I feel like the world would be a much better place if people felt safe to do so!
