With how fast paced our lives are today, I feel like we don't have as many opportunities to genuinely connect with others in a way that's fulfilling. Because of that, I've made it my goal to create a safe, fun, judgment-free environments for as many people as possible. I invite my clients to leave the stresses of their life outside the door and instead feel comfortable and welcome to express themselves in whatever healthy form that takes during our session. I’m available most weeknights and will try my best to accommodate your weekend requests with adequate notice. Occasionally same day appointments are available but it’s always best to book in advance.

What can I say? I'm me... I'm bright, bubbly, optimistic, down to earth and approachable. I value personal growth, kindness, and mindfulness. Smiles and laughter come easily to me. I've found that it helps me not only make friends quickly but, also adapt well to most environments. When I'm not trying to take over the world, I enjoy testing out new recipes, listening to live music, playing games, reading, exploring the city, and TRAVELING. If asked, my friends will tell you that I'm clever and quirky and a tad nerdy( I love GoT). Every day is a new adventure and another opportunity to grow, learn, meet, and connect with people and/or ideas.
