I am passionate about healing, and specifically the intersection of healing and touch. Touch is a powerful healing tool that: boosts the immune systems, relieves pain, reduces stress, reduces risk of heart problems, produces feel good hormones, reduces social anxiety, deepens connections, and aids sleep. Let's have the feel-good healing begin:)

My role as a cuddle provider is to help you feel comfortable, and facilitate creating a container for touch that feels safe, and builds connection. My cuddle partners describe my energy as calm and soothing— putting them at ease which helps to fostering deeper and deeper levels of connection.

I am a painter printmaker, illustrator and poet. I also love to be active engaging in ecstatic dance, skiing, snowboarding, paddle boarding, biking, swimming, karate, hiking, tai chai...I feel most alive and whole when I’m creating, moving my body or touching another person.

* COVID update- I am presently accepting clients who have been vaccinated, who have proof of a recent negative co-vid test, or who are fully quarantined. Please describe your current co-vid practices when reaching out. If you are new client I request our first session be at my in-house location. If you are more comfortable in your own residence for subsequent appointments we can discuss this at our first meeting.
