Do you ever feel disconnected? Like you don’t even know what you want anymore? After experiencing culture shock and war, I didn’t really know what it meant to be comfortable. Let's be real for a minute, sometimes being comfortable made me uncomfortable. I was a mess. I couldn’t sleep. Then slept too much. To get better, I had to trust myself. Cuddling helped me immensely. Sometimes, you can’t say anything to help someone, but sometimes a hug or a hand to hold, that speaks without words. I'd love to help with that.

I believe in the power of touch and also the power of community. In the spirit of giving back to the community, I do offer a sliding scale for those dealing with issues related to trauma, ptsd, and those committed to their own recovery from addiction.
