Hello! I am a compassionate individual on a long journey to heal and live at my fullest potential. I have a 200 hour yoga certification I completed in 2016 with a beautiful and empowering group of woman. In early 2016 I became a certified Reiki practitioner and began to study energy medicine. I practice Shamanism and look forward to holding healing retreats in my future. I currently live in the country of WA state with my two Russian Blue cats, two Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs and a German Shepherd puppy. I enjoy connecting, hiking, cooking, chanting mantra and kirtan and traveling. If you book me, you have the option to include Reiki healing while we cuddle or relax together for no additional charge! Reiki would last between 30 and 60 minutes out of our entire session depending on your needs! I can also teach you yogic breathing exercises, gentle yoga, meditation and visualization, and can be booked at a seperate occassion for Shamanic healing sessions that include sound healing, Reiki and brief life coaching. I also provide teaching chants, or kirtan, a form of devotional yoga, that'll leave you feeling joyous, light and relaxed. I never wear strong perfume...But I will bring along my favorite essential oils to aid in the relaxation experience if requested. :)
