About Myself
I’m a somatic practitioner with a great understanding of human anatomy. I am trained in Alexander Technique, Tai Chi, Yoga, breath work and mindfulness meditation. Basically this makes me an expert cuddler with any body! I have studied the human nervous system and stress responses, and I know how to help calm you down and create a relaxed experience for you. My background in somatic work means I am great at reading body language and I understand how to help you find your way to a place of calm. I am told I have a very soothing presence. My goal is to help you feel soothed, comforted and held. I believe physical touch is important for everyone and I think cuddling is helpful for mental health and physical well-being. If it's your first time, I'm happy to answer
any questions you may have. Any gender is welcome!
Each session is tailored to my individual client's needs. I can lead a guided meditation, and I'm also a great listener if you have some troubles you need to get off your chest. Or, we could watch TV, talk, explore massage, or just quietly enjoy each other's company and physical presence.

I do charge a travel fee if you are located further than 20 miles from me. Same day bookings will also incur an increased fee.
