*2 hour session* What is Professional Cuddle Therapy? Cuddle therapy is a powerful, natural and complementary form of healing that has an incredible amount of health benefits. Do you ever feel that all you need is for someone to be present with you, to listen to you, and hold you? That is exactly what cuddle therapy is. I offer my clients a safe and comfortable space to receive nurturing touch and unconditional love without being judged or asked for anything in return. Each session is specifically tailored to the client's needs; I respond to the client’s feedback and bodily cues to give the client a truly transformative experience. What can I expect from my session? Despite every cuddle session being one of a kind, you can expect that I will create an experience where you feel seen, nurtured and safe. At first, I will slowly talk you through some common cuddle positions and ask you what you are and are not comfortable with. From your verbal feedback and bodily cues, I will begin to guide you through the experience, making sure that you are comfy every step of the way. If you would like to, I will cuddle you, hold your hands, rub your back and stroke parts of your body. Although I will walk you through each session, you are in control of what happens; if you would like to have a silent session, participate in casual conversation or would like your practitioner to offer a listening ear, that is completely up to you.

*2 hour session* Devastatingly, 20% of women and 4% of men in the UK have experienced some type of sexual assault since the age of 16. This kind of trauma often leaves the person who was assaulted feeling isolated, alone and scared to trust anyone to get physically close to them. These specialist sessions are designed with this in mind. If you either feel a yearning to be held by a professional or think visiting a professional to work though your touch aversion could help, please enquire about booking a session. What can I expect from my session? You can expect to be completely in control at all times during an Overcoming Touch Apprehension therapy session, going at whatever pace feels most comfortable to you. You will be coached and guided by me, a Professional Touch Practitioner, at all times. In these sessions it is often incredibly useful to practise the boundaries of consent and identify what could be a potential trigger to you. These sessions usually start off slowly and then you and I can transition to being near each other, to sitting next to each other, to holding hands and so forth. These sessions will hopefully in time help you to start becoming more confident in giving and receiving touch from people outside of the therapy sessions.

*3 hour session* What is Compassionate Companionship Therapy? is the pleasure of having someone keep you company while participating in activities you enjoy, all whilst receiving platonic touch from me, your Professional Cuddle Therapist. I have begun to offer this service as many of my clients have expressed interest in receiving a version of Cuddle Therapy in their day to day lives. What can I expect from my session? You can expect to have an amazing time with me, your Cuddle Therapist in a more relaxed setting. I will still provide touch therapy and offer kind listening ears during our time together. These sessions are designed to fill the client back up with all that lovely human connection everyone needs and deserves. Some ideas of great activities to do together include exploring the city, walking arm in arm through a park, holding hands at the cinema or theatre, attending an exercise class, attending an event, or simply going for a coffee or to get lunch.
