People describe me as kind, playful, empathetic, nurturing, and warm. I am trained as a healing practitioner and am trauma-informed, consent-based and bring my presence and connection to every cuddle. We all have a psychobiological need for belonging, safety, and dignity. I strive to create a space together where you can experience all of these at once. By request, I’m happy to include mindfulness or meditation. I believe these at the beginning of a session can deepen the experience by helping you drop into yourself and your body first. Physically, I’m short, soft, squishy and been told make a great big spoon despite my height. I love all kind of cuddle positions and run a little warm so I can keep us cozy.
