A Little About Myself
As an empath, I have always been very passionate and curious about people and their stories, psychology, mental health and discovering different practical tools in life that would help us all to live in harmony. I have often found that the simplest things - our core needs - such as caring touch from another human being, undivided attention, a listening ear, empathy, compassion and essentially, supporting each other in our life journeys can ease the progress towards holistic wellbeing.
The cuddle experience would depend largely on what you're comfortable with but other than that it would include a lot of cuddles, long hugs, holding hands, gentle caressing and stroking and deep breathing and mindfulness.
It's a safe place to enjoy being in the moment, feeling each other's energies and just surrendering the soul and body! :)
Availability: Monday to Friday 10-4.30 PM (Weekends are per request)
Therapy studio nearby Highbury&Islington or Angel train station.
