Touch is one of the most powerful and impactful ways to decrease stress and lower anxiety. I believe there are numerous mental and physical advantages to human contact. I am an advocate for body mind connection to allow humans to feel their best. I firmly believe that everyone needs a hug or cuddle at some point in their lives to drive the stress and negativity away. My passion is people and creating a safe space for genuine connection as I enjoy meeting new people and having a friendly conversations.
