A Little About Myself
The Touch of Kindness and Compassion!
Hello everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful day today. I would like to express my belief and thoughts why I am here. First, I was born and grew up in Eastern Europe. I have always wanted to become a social worker, providing counseling service and help people to emotionally feel better. However, my professional career brought me another direction of my life. I recently obtained a Master’s degree which was focused on human personal development and change and life coaching. I enjoy being a cuddler because I have so much compassion and empathy for people. I like to emotionally support people, hugging them, to help them feel better and that makes me feel good as well. I always enjoyed cuddling since my childhood. I am very kind, caring, easy-going and friendly and sensitive person, I possess great active listening and life coaching skills. In addition, I feel positive about every aspect of my life and I am passionate to share my positive outlook with people. Gestalt psychology principles are the main attributes of my life - “to feel my presence here and now, where your mind is not switching from the past to the future”. I have practiced mindfulness meditation and yoga for many years and I believe in healing through the touching, and exchanging the energy. All my sessions are filled with lots of love, compassion, empathy, joy, and happiness in a very friendly atmosphere. If you are looking to reduce your stress, anxiety or just laugh and have a great time, I am here for you. You can share with me anything you want (bad and good life experiences) and I always listen, providing emotional support and understanding because this is who I am and because I really care. I want to be your cuddle companion, your life coach, and your best friend. If you want I can be your personal assistant or help you with any errands at your home.
Do you know that a simple hug fills with a positive energy both people who are hugging? Scientists have proven the positive effects of cuddle, they concluded that cuddle is an important part of human development. Many researchers suggest the following: try to cuddle eight times a day, because hugging maintains heart health; a simple hug increases the level of oxytocin in the body, a hormone that improves well-being. If you experience stress, it is very important to cuddle someone and share your thoughts. Studies have shown that touch reduces the amount of cortisol (a stress hormone) in the body, eliminating stress and sending the brain calming signals. Physical touch helps to get rid of the feeling of loneliness and sadness. Hugging can revive the muscles. An experiment in mice showed that in old mice that received oxytocin, muscle regeneration occurred faster - at the same rate as in young mice and animals. In addition, oxytocin improves the immune system. Hugging also can minimize the feeling of fear. When people cuddle for 20 seconds, oxytocin is released, and this creates stronger emotional ties between people. Thank you very much for reading my profile. I wish you amazing day, filled with love and happiness! Please do not make a booking until I confirm it.
