Clients may now book cuddlers using four unique and simple methods. Each method has the same end result, you confirm a booking with a small deposit pending the total cost of the services you're interested in and the cuddler is currently offering. The higher the total cost, the lower the deposit percentage required to book. Clients should rest easy knowing the cuddler does not receive any payment until they meet their client so you are always secured when checking out and confirming a booking. You can view the percentage chart in your messages or our article on how to book
using the message system. This is a universal rule within all our services and will always be practiced by both cuddler and client if they wish to continue being part of Cuddle Companions. We work with an ever expanding list of clients daily and the only way we can deliver on the quality of our service is a powerful and streamlined checkout feature. This lets us and the cuddlers know you are serious about the booking and are ready to schedule. Please note, all our cuddlers are verified 18+ years old and our service is only for clients 18 years old and over. Some if not most cuddlers would like to screen you before meeting for the first time and we have no control over each individual's screening practices. We are certain you will find we provide excellent customer support and will answer any questions you might have along the way. Whatever method you prefer/decide to book by, we'll be here to help whenever you need us.
To head directly to the cuddler's checkout page click the "Book" button right below the cuddler's profile photo or click "Pay" or "Payment" in your conversation with the user. Consider the checkout page the cuddler's store, you simply add the services you'd like to book and pay the deposit to confirm the booking. By adding more services, you will see the price and percentage required to book automatically lowers pending the total cost of the services. So the higher the total, the less you pay to make the deposit. Every deposit will send you a confirmation email with a receipt and creates a booking event in your conversation with the cuddler for reference. Contact information such as your phone number and email address can also be sent directly with your deposit/booking on the checkout page but never before or in a conversation, this would result in a quick ban for violating one of our key terms. Messages can be used to ask about availability, session details, and anything related to your booking. Once you make a deposit, our review system will not reject sharing contact information for 72 hours in case you've made an error during checkout. No small talk is allowed within messages, cuddlers are patiently waiting to meet interesting new or trusted clients and would prefer the small talk be saved for meeting time.
Proposals are personalized services you create and can offer to the cuddlers directly through your conversations. Proposals are a great way to find cuddlers interested in your next vacation plan, events, outings, nights in, and any other exciting plans you might have in the future. To send a proposal, click the "Proposal" tab and enter your preferred date, duration, price offer, destination, and booking details. Once you send the proposal, the cuddler will decide if they approve it or reject it. If the cuddler approves, you will receive a successful proposal event to confirm the booking with a deposit. Click the event and your preferred payment method to be taken to the checkout page to enter your payment information and complete the transaction. With the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt and a booking event will appear in the conversation. If the cuddler rejects your proposal, you will received a rejected proposal event with the reason why. Do try again and communicate the proposal with the cuddler clearly before sending it once more. Please only use proposals to send decent or impressive offers, the cuddler will surely reject your proposal if you attempt to reduce the price of their current rates and of course no illegal services may be mentioned in the proposals.

Most issues we receive using this form are about payment, this is resolved easily as we have various payment options listed on the checkout menu under "Payment By" and many other alternative methods we can use to process your payment. We have various credit/debit card solutions, PayPal, Google Wallet, Square, Bank To Bank Transfers, Bitcoin, and more. Clients can also take advantage of our handy deposit
feature. By increasing your account balance with a deposit, you'll benefit from one click checkouts by selecting the "Deposit" option under "Payment By" anytime you're ready to book. Cash payments are only accepted in deposit form (account credit) by mail once you verify your account with an ID using the verification option under your profile menu. Your account will be credited for the amount sent within 1 hour of receiving your mail. The minimum deposit amount is $250. If your booking issue is that your preferred cuddler is not responding to your message, we'll do our best to alert them of a new inquiry directly. If there is no response from them within a few days, we'll hide their profile until they decide to become active again so others aren't wasting time messaging them as well. Whatever your booking issue is, we are certain we can solve it so send us a message at any time.
Invites allow clients to post their own unique ads and have cuddlers apply for the offers. You can easily find cuddlers interested in your trip to Italy, getaways to your vacation home, an event, dinner and a movie, theater, concerts, cruises, date nights, and travel to "enter destination". All invites are anonymous to everyone but the cuddlers browsing them. Clients will only see a locked photo and a hidden name, non-users have no access to the invites section at all. For ads to be extra successful, do use a recent photo of yourself as your profile photo or at the very least mention you have no issue with being screened by the cuddler to put them at ease about verifying your identity. To post an invite, head to the create
page and enter the offer amount, start date, end date, duration, categories, and invite details. Invites will be reviewed and posted within 24 hours or less so keep that in mind when planning something in the future. Once you start receiving applicants, each applicant will create an invite event in your conversations. You can confirm an invite in the same fashion as proposals by making a deposit within the conversation with the applicants you favor. There are no limits to how many applicants you can book for your invites.
In the event a cuddler becomes unresponsive for no reason at all once booked, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. Disclaimer: Refund rights are wavered in the event the client attempts to request illegal services from the cuddler and/or becomes inappropriate. We care about the quality of the cuddlers promoted on Cuddle Companions and will use client experience to help us provide only the best. When cuddlers are flaking on clients and causing them an unsatisfactory experience within our service, we will penalize, suspend, and terminate their account with us in that order. Note when making deposits, your billing/card statements will only display our parent company "Mimico" for your privacy. Please make sure to remember the name or write it down somewhere so it doesn't puzzle you when reading your statements.
