Physical contact and affection is my most loved form of communication. I've spent a lot of my life immersed in somatic and mindful practices, including massage and energy work, dance and creative movement. Dance is what brings me most joy. Particularly the partner dance called Brazilian Zouk, which is so full of sensual beauty, listening, connection and depth.

I am now a certified Alexander Technique teacher, having spent 3 years developing my sensory awareness and quality of touch to help guide others to find freedom in themselves.

It's my joy to be able to share this with others.

I appreciate all the myriad of cuddling possibilities--enjoying breath, eye contact, gentle touch, or sinking into an extended hug. I love giving and receiving massage.
