Sessions are on each cuddler and his/her goal for the session, cuddler can guide my interactions through verbal and non-verbal. sessions can be from giving touch, massage, allowing them to touch me, a maternal hold/cuddle, a cry, trauma work, anti-anxiety breath work, meditation, guided relaxation, deep/light conversation, or simply just cuddling, I am here to be a safe place, someone who you can confide in and also be your closest friend. After a session with me, my hope is that we end with you feeling you have gained something positive and/or released something negative!
