ONLINE SESSIONS - A MANDATORY FIRST STEP

It is MANDATORY to start with an online session before we meet in person. This virtual space is where our journey begins. It’s a cozy, intimate setting where we get to know each other, share stories, and establish a connection that sets the foundation for all that follows. Imagine us laughing over a shared movie, diving into a new game together, or simply chatting away as we discover what makes each of us tick. These sessions are designed to be appealing and fulfilling, ensuring we’re perfectly in sync for what comes next.

IN-PERSON EXPERIENCES

Once we’ve connected online, we have the exciting option to meet in person. While I absolutely love to stay in, snuggled up in a cozy embrace, I have a particular fondness for stepping out into the world together. Whether it's savoring my favorite dish of steak and potatoes at a fine dining establishment, exploring the outdoors, or engaging in a joyful activity, I encourage us to make the most of our time under the sun. Though indoor cuddling is a blissful part of what I offer, I find that the memories we create outside add a special layer to our connection.

As a yoga teacher, I infuse our sessions with elements of mindfulness and relaxation, whether it's through a calming breathing exercise or a gentle stretch to ease into comfort. This unique blend of activities ensures that our time together is not just about physical closeness but also about nurturing your overall well-being.
