I'm Harmony, a 25 year old, plus size, blonde with a passion for helping others.
My cuddle sessions are designed with the intention of allowing people to experience platonic physical intimacy through cuddling. Cuddle therapy is a natural way to relieve anxiety, depression, loneliness, PTSD, and more.
Cuddling can look so many ways! I sometimes wonder if the word cuddling is actually too limiting. We can hold hands, hug, spoon, or even slow dance. Some clients want to embrace, others just want to share a seat next to me and talk. I have clients that want to wrestle and I have clients that come to eye gaze. Our session can look however you’d like. Some are here to relax, others are here to practice saying no and setting boundaries in their everyday life. Many are just lonely due to circumstances in their life. I’m here to help you feel better and more in control of your life.
