I believe that touch and connection are two of the greatest methods of healing the heart and mind. When our needs for touch are being met, we feel nurtured, full, and complete. I see the need so many people have for close human contact, someone to listen to them without judgment, and make them realize that they matter. In a sea of people, how are we still so lonely?
