I’m a 43 year old 6’ 4” single white male who because of his principles based around connection and vulnerability have made his embraces translate into a sense of safety and security that is a catalyst for cuddle comfort compassion. I practice a chakra 2 hug when engaging in an intentionally vulnerable embrace and by design it reduces anxiety to the point where our breathe and our heart beat can be felt. That level of relaxation heightens the level of sensory and allows you to enjoy more then ever not just receiving touch but giving it too.
