No call/No show policy:

I value my time and so do my clients. I have a lot of people trying to schedule pretty often which is amazing, however, I block off hours, even for a one hour appointment so that I can allow real time extensions. If you’re unable to make it, that’s completely ok, I will not be upset by any means, with that being said, with the exception of sudden illness, please give me a 24 hours notice.
If you do not contact me and do not answer me until after your appointment for 2 times in a row, I won’t be able to schedule you anymore.

I, of all people, know that things come up and I’m extremely understanding. I do really appreciate that my time be valued as well, however. I also have a wait-list for days that are scheduled and if I’m given notice, it allows me to offer that slot to someone else and then move you to a time that works better for you.
