As a mental health professional, I feel that human touch and a listening ear are so vital to our overall well-being. I feel it is my calling to provide both of these important things to others and, in doing so, promote greater emotional and mental health in our society. I'm sure many people have heard of the old studies that showed infants who weren't touched didn't survive and I think touch is just as crucial to help adults thrive.

I'm 5'4" so I'm a natural little spoon, but I'm happy to be a big spoon as well (and am of course open to other cuddling positions). My schedule is pretty busy, so I usually need at least a few days between you messaging me and holding a session.
