A Little About Myself
About Myself
Sweet, soft, playful, insightful, nurturing, empathetic, warm, meditative, magical.
I love to create a space where we can relax
into a safe and soothing bliss bubble and connect sweetly through conversation about the meanings of life or about simple things. I'm always curious about who people are and what they are passionate about.
Alternatively it can be sweet to shut off the mind and watch a movie together or listen to music and drift into breath and sensation. I'm also a great masseuse and love to incorporate that into cuddles.
💗 Honestly I decided to become a professional cuddler because I was asked by friends so many times if I have ever thought about being a professional cuddler. I was called into this healing profession. Maybe it's partly because I'm a mama, or because I'm so embodied myself but I have been told again and again that I have an amazing touch and presence that people feel really safe to just melt into. I am an embodiment coach and avid partner dancer so I have spent years learning to attune to my own and others somatic experience.
Also, I am an empath that went through a lot of trauma in my formative years so I know how life changing and healing feeling safe enough to be held by another human can be. Not to mention being able to explore soft sensuality in a way where you don't have to worry about it becoming going to the next level.
Safe coregulation is really an important part of being a healthy human!
The benefits of cuddling:
- Cuddling releases "feel good" hormones. These hormones include serotonin, oxytocin, and dopamine. These hormones create feelings of happiness, relaxation and lower levels of depression.
- The release of these hormones are linked to boosting our immune system
- Oxytocin is known to reduce our stress levels
- Cuddling helps us feel more accepted therefore creating healthier relationships
Also, the body keeps the score when it comes to trauma, which we all have some measure of, so meeting the body with safe, consensual, attuned touch can be really powerful towards shifting our nervous system set point and capacity to feel confident and safe in the world. *Note that I am not a therapist, although I am working towards being one and I am a certified coach... so please if you have significant unaddressed trauma around being intimate be sure to get the approval of your therapist before participating in cuddle comfort.
💗 Looking forward to sharing some beautiful space with you.
