As humans, we carry energy emense energy. Energy can not only be calming but also comfort to someone that has anxiety, lacking the touch of another or just to try something different to make them better. Sometimes this service can revitalize them back to who they are. Also while this is happening, the abilty to talk or vent or just sit quiet can be a relief or help to take a much needed exale. The same energy can help with connections while just sitting on a park bench or watching the waves high five the sand under the moonlight.
