Hello! My name is P and I am very excited to help as many people as I can with the power of touch and breath work. My sessions include some breath work, massage and re-centering with yourself at the beginning. I like to create a calm safe non judgmental environment.

I am also an amazing listener so if you just want to
chat I am open for that as well. After our breathing and getting back in touch with our bodies we can hug and cuddle until you are completely satisfied! Of course if you have any special requests feel free to ask and I will let you know if it is something that is doable or not. I also offer back and foot massages if requested, massages are extra.
