Contact me about cuddling in Paradise!
✨Who am I? I am a caring, intelligent, funny woman. I love cuddling, hugging, playfighting, and laughing. I'm comfortable with both silence and emotionally charged conversation. As you prefer, we can cuddle indoors or out, with entertainment or without.
✨Why do I do this? Being a touch therapist/professional cuddler is a wonderful alignment of my personal gifts and learned skills with my values of helping and nurturing others. It brings me joy! I also teach yoga and facilitate Authentic Relating events. Similarly to paying for counseling, the healing relationship created during the sessions is a bonus!
✨What are the benefits to you? You can expect me to show up ready to give you my attention and affection, and abide by the boundaries to which we have agreed. You can count on confidentiality and discretion on my part. The entire session is scheduled at your convenience and devoted to your preferences. As a professional, I won't ask for reciprocation, have unspoken expectations or attempt to push your boundaries. You can relax and let yourself feel pampered!
Touch therapy includes cuddling and other, less intense forms of touch. It encompasses self-awareness and interpersonal communication. People who have experienced trauma can benefit from touch therapy as a very gentle way to re-establish their boundaries and practice self-regulation skills.
Cuddling has been scientifically shown to increase oxytocin, a hormone which promotes feelings of connection and peacefulness, and reduce cortisol, a hormone released during stress and anxiety. And above all, being in a warm embrace is magical!
During this pandemic, I have observed strict quarantine procedures since March
2020. If you prefer, we can stay outdoors or have online sessions. Outdoor activities include sitting at a park or beach, Frisbee, golf, or walks. Online sessions can look like conversation only, games, yoga, or virtual touch therapy.
