I spent 90% of my spare time in the forest soaking up the fresh air and sounds of nature, dancing and stretching. And from that I have a lot of peaceful energy to give to those under stress or just lacking the necessary human to human touch aspect of life. I decided to join cuddle companions after dozens of friends in my life told me I had an exceptionally relaxing touch and after awhile I realized maybe they were right. It comes quite naturally.
