Hello my cuddle starved friends. The world can be harsh and very cruel sometimes. Social media bombards us daily with negative energy. And collectively, we humans are lacking in connection. I realized there was a huge need for touch and comfort a long time before the pandemic. I come from a background of and deeply understand trauma. I have done lots of healing in several modalities.
