I and my friends would describe me as a safe space with a big open heart that cares about others in a deeply profound way. I love to hold space for others and sincerely welcome all states of emotion and being.
I get it, the last few years for many people has been challenging, especially learning how to come back into contact with others physically. I was lucky. I had community and plenty of snuggles and I know that my experience was an anomaly, so Let's Create a safe space together for Platonic Cuddles!
Reason's I love to Cuddle:
The ability to help another down regulate their system while also receiving the same benefit is amazing.
It stimulates the release of oxytocin which is a feel good chemical and also helps reduce inflammation.
Getting to literally hold someone while they are going through all of life's challenges is my love language.
It makes me happy :)
