2-Hour Mindful Cuddling Sesh

(PRICE LISTED IS FOR INCALL SERVICE) What is 'mindful' cuddling? A simple synonym I use for mindful is 'present'. During cuddle sessions with me, I utilize and ask for intentional communication, self-awareness, and emotional vulnerability. Example of intentional communication: asking questions to resolve ambiguity. Example of self-awareness: noticing when one is present/'listening deeply' to what another is saying, as well as noticing when one is 'in one's head' when another is speaking; and redirecting one's attention when not present. Example of emotional vulnerability: sharing feelings as they arise and asking for support as needed. If practicing these skills is new for you, I'm happy to work with you where you're at. Cuddling mindfully ultimately provides for a deeper, more fulfilling, and more expansively therapeutic experience. Cuddling may take place in a bed, on a sofa, or outside (location provided by me), unless otherwise determined during booking. Cuddling may be paired with (1) a movie/TV and snacks, (2) reading, and/or (3) nap time. These nuanced services are free UNLESS you request specific snacks and drinks to be provided, in which case you would pay for or provide these specific requests. Requests must be discussed during the booking process.
3-Hour Mindful Cuddling Sesh

Example of consent: until we have established a baseline for our professional relationship, I will ask permission before introducing a new level of touch (i.e., "May I hold your hand?"). Example of emotional vulnerability: sharing feelings as they arise and asking for support as needed. If practicing these skills is new for you, I'm happy to work with you where you're at. 2-Hour Spa & Pamper Session

(PRICE LISTED IS FOR INCALL SERVICE) Are you wanting to let go of stress, relax, and be pampered? Maybe cuddling on its own just isn't enough? During this 2 hour spa and pamper session, we'll start with caring for and relaxing your body, so you can most effectively enjoy our cuddling time. You'll receive an amazing bodywork session with relaxing scents and noises, foot rubs, back rub, hand rubs, neck rub, warm towels, and clean water. We can talk during this time, I can offer therapeutic guidance, you can relax silently, or you can take a well deserved nap! This portion of the session lasts for about an hour. 4-Hour Spa & Pamper Session
$450
(PRICE LISTED IS FOR INCALL SERVICE) *See description above for 2-Hour Spa & Pamper Session* Desiring pamper time AND a longer cuddle session? We can do that! The first hour (approximately) of this session will be your spa and pamper time, followed by a 3 hour conscious cuddling session with me. You'll receive all the goodies listed above, including an amazing back rub, relaxing warm towel, and y deep relaxation, plus 3 hours of cuddling to really allow the relaxation to soak in.
