Hello I am a 43 year old, born female living in South Carolina.
I work part time in home healthcare, and full-time and employee benefits.
I have a wonderful of 13-year-old daughter that’s heading to high school in the fall.
I am also someone that has battled with depression and anxiety and luckily, I’ve always had positive uplifting individuals to help and uplift.
My daughter especially has taught me the benefits of a hug because every day all day that’s what she does. I am very grateful for that.
I have learned the health benefits of a hug is very beneficial. I know and understanding the health benefits of a hug that helps reduce stress, helps for a good nights rest, a benefit of heart health, a hug is a reminder that everything is OK.
Unfortunately, this world is a contributor to stress and depression and having going through the time period of Covid with so many ongoing issues since then, it has cause a great deal of us as people to become overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, anxious, and unfortunately suicidal.
I want to be that someone that helps in anyway with anyone that’s dealing with these issues the same way my friends and family has helped me with uplifting inspiring words and on unlimited hugs.
OH! i looooove cats!! Dogs too, but i really love cats, we have so much in common
