I know that touch, movement and the somatic experience are powerful tools for understanding ourselves and connecting with others. Physicality and nonverbal communication can help us reach greater depth and insight than words alone.

I am curious. I love learning about the world, and our place in it. I am fascinated by people. Our ways of thinking and feeling and moving and relating and being make each one of us unique.
I am a mover. My greatest passions all involve physicality in partnership: dance, partner acrobatics, acroyoga, contact improvisation, massage, games, wrestling, cuddling, singing in groups…
I am a social being. Sharing these physical connections with my communities brings me great joy.
