Other activities we may choose to enjoy during a snuggle session include eye-gazing, amazing hugs, singing (I was a professional singer for several years), tea and/or dinner together, and reading stories.

Our time together will be strictly platonic, but I will never shame you for becoming accidentally aroused. It happens. Cuddling is very intimate! What I usually say to clients in such a situation is: "It's wonderful that you are feeling alive in that way, but that is not the focus of our time together. In fact, part of this practice is noticing arousal without needing to act on it." The best way to handle arousal is to switch positions or sit up for a little while. To keep the boundaries very clear, there is no kissing or touching of private areas allowed in a session.
