Holding and being held has always been natural to me. In my life and career, I have worn many hats – Lifelong Student, Psychotherapist (Jungian), Teacher, Traveller, Spiritual Guide, Spouse, Parent, and friend. In a nutshell, I enjoy creating environments where people can feel safe, comfortable, and free to explore, experience, learn, and heal. Cuddling therefore comes naturally to me. In our society, so many are touch deprived and being able to engage in this basic human need can be transformative. The professional cuddling experience provides practical learning in maintaining boundaries, giving and requesting consent and honoring the requests of others. This is so timely for our culture now and going forward, especially during this pandemic where so many have been experiencing both uncertainty and isolation.

My cuddling sessions can also include a variety of activities in addition to platonic touch, including personalized yoga and meditation instruction (I specialize in Adaptive Yoga instruction for persons of all abilities), Tarot readings, Reiki energy healing, and Tantric Touch healing. Tantric Touch is a platonic healing modality employed within the code of conduct and clothing requirements of Cuddle Companions. A session includes light massage and energy work centered on the chakras, combined with breath work, guided meditations, mantras, aromatherapy, relaxing music, and Tibetan singing bowls.

In whichever type of session you choose, I create a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and nurturing environment where one feels comfortable to explore his/her/their self within. I can help you focus on the energies within you to address any blockages that may exist, and to expand pleasure and positive energy. The aim is for you to have greater access to pleasure within your body and mind, and a cleaner, chakra-balanced system free of energetic debris. Because energetic shifts can be felt on the visceral level, the positive effects of a session can be felt on the the long term as they become integrated into your everyday life with renewed feelings of personal empowerment.
