I’m Kate 🦋
I offer a sense of deep healing cuddle therapy, warm touches and communication for those who need it 🩵
I’m a natural healer with loving, positive and nourishing energy. Future psychologist, author, retreats organizer, reiki, meditation, yoga practitioner and the most sensual hugger 🫂💗 I like to have fun, be artistic and creative, read novels and poetry.
I’m an empath. This means that I have a gift to feel more empathy than the average person. I have an ability to establish an empathic connection with other people, "tune in to the wave" of another person and receive information about his/her condition. This gives me an opportunity to understand deeper needs of others. I feel satisfaction comforting people and making them feel happy, feel worthy and free 🪽I love being able to provide others with care and intimate experience.
🧝🏼♀️I’ve found that every cuddle session is uniquely different in the ways every person enjoys their contact, conversation and experience. I’ve found self-fulfillment and seen fulfillment in other through cuddle session.
🪬 Empathetic touch heals our emotional distress and touch deprivation can be devastating, may give feeling of loneliness.
🌜✨🌛 Nurturing touch of a hug builds trust and a sense of safety. This helps with open and honest communication. Cuddle therapy helps also with immune system, relieves pain, healing your heart, improves sleep.
🐘 When we touch – cuddle, hug, or holding hands – our bodies release “feel good” hormones. These hormones include oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin. Once the hormones are released into our bodies we experience feelings of happiness, relaxation, improve mood, and lower levels of depression.
☺️ We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance. We need 12 hugs a day for growth. We need hugs for happy and full life.
