I value connection, and have always had (what seems to be) an abnormally big heart/positive outlook.
I have studied myomassology (fancy shamancy word for the study of massage/touch), and through my life experience, I've come to understand the benefit of touch. Touch touches us, on so many levels - physical, psychological, emotional... We express emotion through it - it can change our heart rate & effect our nerves, weather it's brushing your grandmother's hair, or high-fiving a team-mate.

In today's world, we have become so cold and distant it's a rarity when we receive touch at all, and when I'm able to make a connection with someone, it can soothe a long day away, and comfort a racing mind. I'm an open minded, a good listener, and give great advice (if you would like it). My goals are for us both to leave our sessions feeling nurtured, reconnected, and at ease, and for you to feel listened to, heard (if you want to talk), and valued.
