-love listening to stories about where people come from and where life has taken them!
-a tight hug and/or kiss on the cheek to say hello and to say goodbye is traditional in my culture
-strongly believe in the power of exchanging as little as the hold of a hand, squeeze in the forearm/thigh, running fingers through someone's neck/hair to show affection
-i am a colorful, mature yet young hearted, fiercely independent, humorous/clowny, -tomboyish, feminine, physically active, nature lover, environmentalist, playful, individual!
-enjoy eating, wearing wigs, costumes, outfits, dressing up, relaxing under a tree and taking deep breaths, competition, challenge, diversity!
-resigned job as a bilingual prekinder teacher after 13 years to seek adventure
-have taught group exercise classes most of my life, including weights, kickboxing, hi/lo, boot camp and step....lately i mostly enjoy taking long hikes, preferably and if available, walking friend's dogs....STRETCHING afterwards in the best part!
-i have been exchanging my knowledge in exercise physiology all my life by encouraging everyone around me to stay active, BREATHE, STRETCH, express themselves, be loud, say the truth and be candid about what you want...i feel it is only then we will get it!
