A Little About Myself
About Myself
I love being present with all kinds of people and holding space that invites you to relax into feeling listened to, appreciated and seen—perfectly okay and accepted as you are.Our miraculous bio-machines deserve our kindness, patience, love and acceptance (and cuddles, lots and lots of cuddles).
I'm a 200RYT yoga teacher and energy intuitive, happy to integrate guided movement, meditation, relaxation, reflexology or acupressure into your therapeutic touch/cuddle sessions as you desire.
Conversation and connection through language is enjoyable to me. I value clear, honest communication; inclusivity and positivity; elegant solutions to complex problems; ingenuity and freshness; and future-wandering with others to imagine untapped utopias. I'm a published poet. I read quite a lot of nonfiction, a small amount of sci-fi and enjoy lectures and podcasts spanning topics from mindfulness to quantum physics to entheogens.
If you're a traveler to my city, can I show you some of the best secrets in this wonderful place (especially my favorite spots for trees, Cuban food and up-high city views)? I'm pretty into my '88 volvo wagon (oh so Portland sigh). I like canoeing on cloudy days, lizard deck lounging on sunny ones and I feel most myself (ie. powerful and freeeeee) being on the road for weeks at a time with a very, very light bag. I've traveled to a good many places (but never enough!). My favorite earth portals are an ancient grove of Northern California redwood trees, the north shore of Kauai and the French/Spanish border high in the Pyrenees.
